We only purchase authentic sculpts from reputable vendors and artists. The sculpts will come with a certificate of authenticity unless otherwise stated. Some sculpts are produced without certificates, but they are legit.

The reborn dolls sold on this website are intended for aduluse only because they are handmade, one-of-a-kind creations.  The neck should be supported when holding, just like you would with real babies. Children should be monitored when handling your reborn. 

My creations may also have what you may consider as flaws. All hand painted dolls will not be perfect like factory created dolls. Slight imperfections are what make them unique. Please consider this when purchasing a reborn. 

Reborn dolls are not toys and are made to be handled often and are to be treated with care. We are not responsible for any damage or injury caused by misuse or neglect of our dolls. 

Liability

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our reborn dolls; however, we are not liable for any errors or omissions in our product description or images. 

Returns and Refunds

Due to fraudulent activity from scammers Precious Treasure does not offer refunds on dolls. Please review all pictures displaying the details of the Reborns prior to making your purchase. 

Clothing and accessories can be returned within 30 days in unused condition and in the original packaging.

Although, we do not offer refunds on our dolls, please contact us within 6 hours of receipt through the mail with any concerns you may have regarding the quality of our dolls so we may assist with a resolution.  If lost, stolen, or damage in the mail, we will help you file a claim through the carrier.
